The advanced methods of hardening the working bodies (tines, shovels, chisels, blades, discs, plowshares), used by Agrocenter, LLC in the manufacturing process, significantly increase their service life and performance efficiency as well as reduce the tractive resistance and fuel consumption per a treated hectare. We use 60S2A steel during the manufacture of the tines as well as 65G steel for the remaining positions. The working edges are treated with VK8 hard alloy (used in the mining industry) and high-frequency currents, which increases their resistance to abrasion and damages.

The production of high-pressure hoses is carried out on the Finnish equipment “FINN-POWER”. When manufacturing the high-pressure hoses, the NOVOFLEX certified hose is only used. The NOVOFLEX DIN EN 853 2SN hose has two metal braids and can be used on any domestic and imported machinery. When completing the high-pressure hoses, we use the Russian fittings corresponding to GOST 42705-81. The continuous quality control of the assembly and the bench tests ensure the high quality of the high-pressure hoses. We can also produce any customized high-pressure hoses as well as repair and restore them.

STRUCTURE OF THE NOVOFLEX DIN EN 853 2SN HOSE:

Scope of application: general industrial application, in hydraulic systems of agricultural, road-building, logging, quarrying, special and other machinery, both of the Russian and foreign production;

Inner layer: NBR oil-resistant synthetic rubber;

Outer layer: abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber;

Power cord: two layers of steel wire braid;

Temperature range: from -40 °C to + 100 °C (max. + 120 °C).
